Constança’s work focuses on strategy consulting, leadership development and cultural transformation, raising organizational consciousness levels.
She started as a consultant with McKinsey in Portugal and Spain. After completing her MBA at INSEAD (second in her class), she went on to work with AT Kearney, and later to the UK with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
She is a professor at the Nova School of Business and Economics, teaching Strategy Consulting and responsible for the Nova SBE Consulting Labs. She also teaches the Mindfulness In Leadership Course to Masters Students.
Constança is responsible for the Friday Forum series of The Lisbon MBA, establishing the curriculum, coordinating the delivery and coaching the Students on their Self Development plans.
