Milton de Sousa is Associate Professor a Nova SBE and a lecturer of Business Ethics and Sustainability courses at the Lisbon MBA Católica|Nova. He co-founded the Leadership for Impact Knowledge Centre at Nova SBE where he has also been Associate Dean for Institutional Relations and International Development and Academic Director of the CEMS MIM program. Milton is currently heading the system change lab. Previously, he was Director of the MBA Programs at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in the Netherlands, where he did his PhD. He chaired three editions of the Estoril Conferences. Before joining academia, Milton worked in industry, as an engineer, manager, consultant, and entrepreneur.
