During this interactive session, Professor Castilla will discuss a number of strategies used to recruit and retain top talent, and illustrate how these strategies are used at cutting-edge organizations. In doing so, he will summarize some of his research projects involving key people-related strategic issues, such as recruiting and hiring, performance evaluation, promotion, and compensation. He will also stress the advantages of collaborating in research projects with faculty.
