Professor Filipe Santos, Dean of CATÓLICA-LISBON, wins scientific award of the decade given by Academy of Management
The Academy of Management has announced that Professor Filipe Santos, Dean of the Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics, won the award of the decade by the Academy of Management Review, the world’s most prestigious scientific journal for theoretical research in management, for his scientific article published in 2010 entitled: “WHEN WORLDS COLLIDE: THE INTERNAL DYNAMICS OF ORGANIZATIONAL RESPONSES TO CONFLICTING INSTITUTIONAL DEMANDS”.
This award is given annually to the scientific paper published ten years earlier in the Academy of Management Review that has become the most cited in the world. The article by Professor Filipe Santos, written in co-authorship with Professor Anne-Claire Pache, has already received more than 1600 citations on Google Scholar.
Professor Filipe Santos is the only Portuguese researcher in Economics and Management present in the 2019 list of High Impact Researchers, which rewards researchers with more impact in the world.
