The Lisbon MBA Católica | Nova featured in the special edition of “Pessoas” Magazine on Diversity and Inclusion

The Lisbon MBA was featured in a special edition of “Pessoas” Magazine dedicated to Diversity and Inclusion.
“Our biggest objective is to select candidates that bring different perspectives and experiences, and to have classes that are diverse and inclusive, ensuring that a variety of cultures, races, genders, beliefs, educational and professional experiences raise the learning patterns and inspire new investigation perspectives, new analysis models, new solutions and approaches to real world challenges” tells Cláudia Lucas, Marketing and Admissions Director of the Lisbon MBA Católica | Nova.
In the Lisbon MBA programs, the number of foreign students is evident. In the International MBA, a one year full-time program for high-potential professionals, who aim to boost or change their career paths focusing exclusively on a life-changing experience, 60% of students are international and from 16 different nationalities. In the Executive MBA, a 22-month part-time MBA, aimed at successful professionals who seek to progress to senior management positions or change their career path, with a minimal disruption to their professional and personal life, 20 % of students are international.
“The faculty is also made of professors with international education and experience, which enables students to be involved in a 100% multicultural context and develop a fully global business management perspective”, Cláudia Lucas adds. The Lisbon MBA Católica | Nova looks for a diverse group of high potential candidates with ethical standards, a variety of competencies, accomplishments and aspirations, who share the institution’s mission and values, namely integrity, collaboration, excellence, innovation, diversity and sustainability.
The Lisbon MBA Marketing and Admissions Director considers diversity to be the key to the excellence and positive impact that we aim for in our organizations and societies. “For us, this is crucial. In our broad community (alumni, faculty and management team), diversity is our biggest strength and richness.”
